Hey Everybody this is Adrian Boysel. Wanted to make this quick video, give you a little overview of who we are and what we do. We are BoySell, powered by Adrian Graphics, we're an Adrian Graphics company. We are basically the web development division of our Adrian Graphics Corporation. So I'm going to make this quick and short, and get right to the point.
BoySell.com. Powerful Website Services. We're headquartered in Granite Bay, California, so we're a local business. Again, some of our services that we offer you can find here below. Web design and development, hosting, sales automation, which means automating your sales process when somebody comes to your website for the first time, fills out a contact form, as far as setting up auto-responders of when they put the contact form in, setting reminders and then also having all that information flow into a customer relationship management tool, also known as a CRM, which is similar to SalesForce or Zoho, there's plenty of other solutions out there, but we also set that up for you as well.
Marketing and advertising from Google advertising to online marketing, search engine marketing; we can take care of all that for you, and we're experts at it. Tracking and analytics, we can track all the data that we do collect from email addresses and all that type of information, phone numbers, everything that they're interested in, as well as the data that comes from Google that when people are visiting your site.
So what pages are they visiting, how long they are visiting the pages on your website, where they go from each page to page, and some more detailed analytics as far as geo, like where they're located and stuff like that. We can even get as detailed as the city and the area. So it's pretty powerful. Email hosting, so if you don't have email ... If your using ABCPlumbing@gmail.com, it's probably time to upgrade and get something that actually has your website domain name, if you have a website domain. If you don't have a website domain, then you can purchase one from us, we got great deals on that, less than ten bucks. It's really simple.
Most importantly, I think is website security. With the advancements of all the technology and some of the platforms that people are using, websites are very, very susceptible to getting hacked nowadays. So it's really important that you have the right software on there and ... making sure your site's protected. This is an investment and when somebody hacks it and puts something bad like a porn site or something bad, you don't want that to happen. So you gotta protect yourself, make sure that you're covered.
Moving on, our mission is to create powerful websites that engage visitors, convert and track leads with automated follow-up systems, like I mentioned. Increasing sales and revenue, using the most effective technology possible. So the technology we use is the newest, the best, the latest and greatest. It doesn't get any better than this. We've spent countless hours working with dozens of different software over the years and we really know the process of what's going to get the most for your money and be the most effective for you without being complicated. Keeping it simple is really, really important to us.
This is our office here in Granite Bay. Here is the little shot of our office, of my brother there, our little workstations when we first moved in there, humble beginnings. Moving on, this is our team. Myself, Adrian Boysel. I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've been starting businesses since I was sixteen years old. This is kind of just a division that I've launched. I wanted to separate the graphics part from our web development services.
Then we have Matthew, he's the co-founder as well, my brother, very detail oriented, organized guy. He's very good with numbers. He manages all of our projects, takes care of our clients, answers some of the phone calls, and also is an expert at advertising. So from Facebook advertising to Google advertising, it doesn't get any better than him.
We have Jarett Tilford, who's our programmer. He's a very experienced programmer. He's been kind of like me, started at a very young age, picked up a computer. We had a conversation, and I talked to him. I'm more of hardware, he's more of a software guy. He lives and breathes software. He the aficionado, and he's really good at understanding how websites flow and how to make them improve the user flow, and basically keep people on your site longer. So he's really a great person for that.
Then we we have Derek Walker. He handles a lot of the sales, inside sales. He's done content writing, and he handles all of our printing and design projects, so banners, signs, trade show booths, business cards. Any of that type of stuff, he handles that for us. He's a really, really great part of our team.
Together the four of us, we make an incredible team, and we're ready to work with you. Moving on to the next step here. One of the problems in our industry, millions of business owners hire fly-by-night web designers that build websites incorrectly and cost the businesses money. A lot of people look at a website as an expense, when in reality it's an investment.
If you look here, 47% of people expect a webpage to load in 2 seconds or less. That's fast. And I can tell you at least 90% of people's websites don't. If somebody doesn't view the website, and the site doesn't come up for them in less than 4 seconds, there's a 50% chance ... It's more likely that they're going to leave your website unless they're like a close friend of yours or somebody, but if you're just trying to send people through an advertising campaign and it takes forever for your site to load, they're going to be like, "Forget this," and they're going to move on to the next one.
Furthermore, four out of five consumers are shopping on a smart phone. That's a huge number. We're talking a big-time number. It's really important to have a mobile-responsive website. If you don't have that ... a lot of people are building sites and not making them responsive. I even see people with mobile sites, but they just don't format correctly. It's really important to have your site format correctly so that it's readable, and it takes them through that same flow that it would on the desktop, and I think a lot of people are shortchanging themselves by not having compatible device ... compatible site for their devices like iPads and things like that. So that's part of what we do.
The last thing here, as far as under the problems is the number of global internet users right now online has passed three billion, as of 2014. So we're talking nearly two years ago. So it's really important more than ever ... this number's gonna continue to rise, there's gonna be more people, the commerce is gonna grow, and getting online is just gonna be a crucial part of really dominating, keeping business coming in the door. The traditional ways of having a brick and mortar place or depending on just referrals is great but it's never gonna take you as far as you want to go, and if you can really define what your customer acquisition cost is and then figure out the customer lifetime value that's where you'll really find out what your advertising budget should be and where they can be and how we can optimize those to make the best out of your money.
Finally here, the solution, and that would be us. Hire a real expert. While many web guys continue to overpromise and under-deliver, we give you realistic expectations and deliver above and beyond for our clients. We work one on one with you. We don't have you with a rep who calls you once a year, once every six months. We are constantly working on your stuff, constantly updating stuff, constantly doing research. We never stop. This is what we live and breathe all day long, and we don't put you on the back burner.
We're not Yodel. We don't have ten thousand clients. So moving on, we have some pretty incredible technology. Lead Alert is one of our automated follow-up systems. Someone puts a phone number into your contact form, you immediately get a phone call within fifteen seconds, more like five seconds, and then within fifteen seconds, you push the number two on your phone and it immediately calls the number they put in the contact form. No delays, instant follow-up. The re's no time for them to jump on to the next client, and you'll impress the heck out of them that you actually responded to them so quickly and appreciate their business and them taking the time to go to your website and fill out the contact forms. So it makes a really big difference and builds a lot of credibility for you.
So how it works. Step one, we get started, we get you all set up, we start the research and development process for you. You provide us with any information that you think is important about your business, your unique selling proposition, things like that. Step two, we get going. We begin to create the design campaigns, email marketing campaigns, Facebook ad campaigns, marketing collateral for everything that we're going to do, optimizing your site, writing content.
We begin kind of the bulk of the work. And then the final step, once we get your approval on all those things that we create, we start to execute, and that's when the results will start to show. You'll see increases on your site and rankings and traffic and conversions and really, ultimately, what you care about the most is sales. So that, really, I think is the best takeaway from this whole thing.
Lastly, I think this is my last couple slides. Okay, we got one more after this. Local Search. Eighty-eight percent of users on mobile smart phone devices, that's a huge number. There's eighty-eight percent of people are on smart phone devices online when they're searching. So that's ... If you're not on local search or you're not dominating there, you're missing a huge opportunity.
We list you on all the top directories, as well as building citations. Some of these words will probably sound like voodoo and crazy tech jargon, but citations are basically votes. They are listings in other websites all over the internet, there's thousands of them. We list you with the top four hundred. This isn't some of those online softwares that you've seen online.
This is something completely proprietary to what we have, and we do it by hand. There is no computer systems doing it. We make sure that you're only getting the most quality back-links and citations. On-page and off-page local search building, that means that we're optimizing the keywords that are on your site, adding new keywords, getting rid of ones that aren't working, and just constantly upgrading.
The second approach that we have for our Plan of Attack is social media, dominating your posts, having three posts a week at the very minimum. We build out your Facebook business page from the cover photo to the profile picture, to having links to your site and having the applications that you're able to use now. Kind of building almost like a website, but on Facebook.
Over 1.6 billion users are active on Facebook these days. It's a pretty incredible number, the amount of people that you can put your business in front of, and it's actually bigger that Google in a lot of ways. So harness that reach, take advantage of that. That's what we do, and we're really good at it. So lastly, the web presence. We build you a website and list you on all fifty business directories.
More than ever, consumers are browsing on their smart phones, like I said in the very beginning of this. Capturing those visitors' attention with a mobile site is absolutely pivotal. You can't do it without it. If you have a non-mobile friendly site, they're not going to waste their time trying to browse and trying to move left to right on your site. They're just going to leave and go to somebody else, who's put the time in and put the work in and investment into their website.
Finishing this up, our marketing optimization timeline kind of gives you an idea. Day one, we do a consultation, which I call a strategy session, with you. We do the business overview and initial strategy. Day one through thirty, so the first thirty days, we're doing research, we're building stuff, we're doing directory submissions, we're doing all the heavy lifting.
Day sixty, we complete all the stuff, we get your approval, we re-brand the website, we make sure we go and update all the citations, all the directories. And then day ninety, we continue to make those improvements based on what analytics we've researched and basically what data we've collected from the site in the first ninety days.
That's pretty much it. I think it's time to get started. If you give us your business you won't regret it. We're not the cookie cutter marketing company. We're a one on one, private ...
